The CSD3 HPC system has a set of nodes with NVIDIA P100 GPUs intended for 3D visualization via VirtualGL. This allows graphical applications to process data, and perform 3D graphical rendering, locally on the cluster in real time and to display the final rendered images on a virtual Linux desktop. The virtual desktop may be accessed either through a traditional VNC client, or a web browser.
Please see the documentation for TurboVNC and Login-Web.
