We had a fantastic two days of productive discussions and strong collaboration between the Bristol Centre for Supercomputing (BriCS) and Research Computing Services (RCS) teams on 20–21 January 2026.
Our sessions focused on strengthening coordination around ongoing AI Research Resource work, aligning on upcoming priorities, and ensuring a shared approach across user environments and service delivery.
The Bristol Centre for Supercomputing (BriCS) site visit was particularly valuable in grounding our conversations in real operational contexts, followed by open and constructive discussions on how we can streamline approaches and enhance service impact.
These in-person engagements are great for maintaining close alignment, building trust, and ensuring that our teams move forward with clarity and shared purpose.
